2.1      启动部分
Starting System
启动部分采用24V直流电启动马达启动�启动电源可以选择24V蓄电池组,也可�择硅整流启动电源柜,用户在订货时根据情况选购�?/DIV>
The starting system is driven by a 24V DC electrical motor. The motor is powered by a 24V storage battery or silicon rectifier starting power cabinet, which shall be chosen by customer while ordering.
2.2      进排气部�?/DIV>
Intake and Exhaust System
通过控制进�排气门的开��与关闭,保证新鲜空气及时充入气缸,并将燃烧后的废气及时排出�主要由空气滤清器、中冷器、进/排气管系、消音器等组成�另外,增压机组配有增压器�?/DIV>
By controlling the opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves, the system shall deliver fresh air into the cylinder and release exhaust gas immediately. The system is consisted of air filter, intercooler, intake and exhaust pipe, silencer and others. For turbocharged generator set, it is fitted with relative turbocharger.
机组运行时其吸入周围空气的清洁程度直接影响机组的效率,一��要求环境条件�?/DIV>
Quality of air into the engine shall have direct effect on efficiency of generator set, so the generator set should operate under the following conditions. 
1)海拔不超过2000m�?/DIV>
   Sea level is below 2000m
2)环境温度:-40�?0℃;
   Environmental temp.:
3)空气相对湿度不大于90%�?5℃时);
   Relative air humidity �?0%(at 35�?�?/DIV>
4)周围空气中不应有沙尘及酸碱腐蚀性气体�
       No acid o alkaline corrosive gases in the air surrounding the unit.
注意:用户订货时必须说明周围空气的情况�
Note: Give a brief introduction on air quality around the generator set while ordering.
2.3      调�控制部分
Speed governing and controlling
天然气发电机组调速系统�用的WOODWARD或HEINZMANN电子调�系统。该系统工作可靠性高、控制转速准确,反应灵敏,是燃气机组理想的转速控制装置�调�控制部分主要由转速传感器、控制器、驱动器、执行器、直流电源及连接电缆等组成�执行器输出轴安装有摆杆,通过杠杆与进气管节气门蝶阀��连,以控制混合气的进气量。当机组运行时,控制器根据现场反馈的转�情况,自动调节执行器的摆杆的位置,从而调节进气量,达到最终控制转速的目的�?/DIV>
WOODWARD or HEINZMANN electronic governor system is adopted to service for the natural gas generator set featuring high reliability and accurate speed control and sensitive response, and so it is an ideal speed controlling device. The system is consisted of speed sensor, controller, driver, actuator, DC power supply and connecting cable. On the output end of the actuator, it is equipped with a level which is connected with a butterfly valve in the throttle of intake pipe to control the amount of gas mixture. When the generator set is operating, the control shall adjust the position of level in the actuator automatically to control gas flow at the most optimized speed.
并网后机组输出功率的大小通过调节发动机的转�来改变,无论机组并网运行还是并机运行,该调�控制系统均能满足要求�?/DIV>
After the generator set is connected to the public grid, its output shall be controlled and achieved by adjusting engine speed. Not matter it operates in parallel with other generator set or it is connected to the public grid, the speed governing system shall function successfully and efficiently. 
2.4      测量及监视部�?/DIV>
Measuring and Monitoring system
测量及监视部分主要由各种传感器�线槽及采集与继电控制屏�监控屏等组成。可检��的发动机的状态参数有:发动机转�、主油道油压、增压器油压、高温水温�低温水温、油底壳油温、机房温度�高温水位、低温水位�油底壳油位�各缸的缸温�各缸的排温等。采集与继电控制屏,面板上配有液晶显示器,可以对发电机组的参数进行现场显示,方便操作人员就近查看机组数据�?/DIV>
The measuring and monitoring system is consisted of different sensors, winding slot, collecting and relay control panel and monitoring panel. These data of the engine shall be measured covering engine speed, oil pressure in main oil gallery, oil pressure of turbocharger, water temperature both in high-temp. recycling cooing system and low-temp. recycling cooling system, oil temperature in oil sump, engine room temperature, water level of high and low temperature water, oil level in oil sump as well as cylinder temperature and exhaust temperature in every cylinder etc,. The control panel functioning signal collecting and relay is mounted with a LCD screen to display instant data from the engine, so it makes much convenient for the operator to browse the data.  
采集与继电控制屏的作用:一��通过通讯方式把现场采集的各状态参数�至低压控制房的监控屏,以便微机进行数据分析�报警或控制;二是接受微机传�的启停信号,控制机组配套的高温循环水泵�低温循环水泵、油泵�冷却风扇等的运行或停止�
    The control panel has two functions, one is to transmit the parameters collected on site to monitoring panel in the operating room with communication method so that computer analyzes, alarm or control; the other is to receive the starting or stopping signal to operate and stop the components working for the generator set such as water pump servicing for high or low temperature cooling water, oil pump and fans.
监控屏是机组运行的理想监控装置,配有工业计算机及触摸式显示器,可以直观方便地监视机组的各运行参数。该监控屏配置的机组保护,除了油压低、水温高、油温高、超速�缸温高等发动机保护功能外,还具有过流、短路�逆功率�欠频、欠压等发电机保护功能�监控屏监视参数齐全,主要有:发电机三相电压�三相电流、功率�功率因数、频率;电网的三相电压频率;发电机组电量累计、运行时间累计�蓄电池电压,及上面提到的发动机各状�参数�?/DIV>
The monitoring panel is an ideal equipment for the generator set, which is fitted with a computer and a touch screen, and it shall monitor and display the operating parameters directly and conveniently. The monitoring panel functions these protection for the alternator including over current, short circuit, reverse power, low frequency and low voltage besides these protective functions for generator set including low oil pressure, high water temperature, high oil temperature , over speed, high cylinder temperature etc.
A number of data shall be monitored by the panel covering three phase voltage, three phase
current, power, power factor, frequency, three-phase voltage frequency in electrical grid, accumulated power of gen-set and accumulated operating hours , storage battery voltage and above mentioned parameters of the engine .
用户可以选择并网的同期方式为半自动准同期或全自动准同期�并网后机组的功率因数可以自动调节�?/DIV>
Customers may choose one of the synchronous modes between semiautomatic-full synchronizing modes and auto-full synchronizing modes. Power factor can be adjusted automatically after the generator set is connected to electrical grid.
如果用户需��两台或两台以上的机组在电网无电时并机运行,请用户在订货时一��要说明,以便我们为您选择合�的控制屏�?/DIV>
Please give us a detailed information while ordering if it is necessary for customers to keep 2 or more than 2 generator sets operating in parallel when the electric grid fails so that we shall choose an appropriately control panel.
3.8 电力部分
     Power system
3.8.1 电力部分设备
     Facility for Power system
电力部分包括发电机�断路器屏、低压进线柜、电力电缆等�?/DIV>
发电机为无刷同步发电机,由主机�励磁机和励磁系统组成。主机为旋转磁场式,转子呈圆柱形并带有阻尼绕组,励磁机为旋转电枢式,主机励磁电流通过旋转整流器输入主发电机转子�有关同步发电机的计算数据见表五�
The system is consisted of alternator, breaker panel, low voltage wiring cabinet, cable and etc.
The main generator is brushless synchronous including a main part, exciter, and excitation system. The main generator is rotating field. Rotor is columned with damper winding and the exciter is rotating armature. Exciting current from the main generator inputs to rotor in the main generator. Please refer to the table 6 on theoretic data of synchronous alternator.
